Daddy surprised us today with a fabulous trip to chuck-E-Cheese:-) We all had a blast together. I enjoy a game of Skee-ball as much as the next person, but my favorite part of our trips to Chuck-E-Cheese is watching my boys faces as they PLAY game, after game, after game, after game, after game...YES & that does include all THREE of my boys:-) A day of arcade games puts everything into perspective!!!

Jacob, Benjamin & I went to our last Washington Township Park District Class, today...it was so much FUN!!! Since Aunt Nik was spending the day with Uncle Jeff while he had his heart surgery, I took both of the BIG boys by myself to our class & then to get some ice cream afterward. They are so adorable to watch together now that they are "bigger". One of my favorite things to do is to listen to Ben & Jake's conversations together. Kids are just so incredibly smart & Innocent...too bad that has to change as we "grow-up". All-in-all I had a spectacular day with my son & my nephew...I am so blessed:-)

Benjamin & Jacob have been taking a class called, The Little PREfessors, every Friday for the past 6-weeks @ The Kettering Rec Center. Now that Ben is a BIG 4-year old, he is old enough to do all of the exciting "BIG BOY" classes with Jacob all by themselves...without mommys! So, while Jake & Ben are busy being 'Lil Prefessors, Nik & I enjoy a bit of alone time with our "babies". I can't believe how fast our boys are growing-up...on one hand, it is so much FUN to watch them turn-into small little people, but on the other hand it is kind of sad that they are becoming less & less dependant on mommy:-( So, for now...I am just trying to enjoy all of the adorable little things that they do every single day & always remember that I am the luckiest mommy in the whole wide world...

Today was my special Mother's Day celebration @ First School with Benjamin's preschool class. It was absolutely ADORABLE to say the least...Ben & all of his classmates sang 2-very sweet songs that they had been practicing for the last couple of weeks for this special event! To say that I was an extremely PROUD mom would be an understatement. Watching my first-born up there singing made my heart so full of love...what an amazing son I have!!! I am the luckiest mom in the whole-wide-world. Thank You Benjamin for making mommy's day so very extra special today...I will forever remember this as long as I live:-)

I was the proudest mommy in the world today...there is nothing like watching your child play in their 1st sports-game:-) My cheeks hurt from smiling for the entire game start to finish!!! Although Ben is the shortest & the youngest player on The Buckeye Pools Team, he can definitely hold his own on the field!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW 'LIL ATHLETE ON A FANTASTIC 1ST GAME...MOMMY & DADDY ARE SO PROUD OF YOU:-)

Tonight we celebrated Grandma & Grandpa Mayer's birthdays with a dinner @ our house made extra-special with the help of Ben & Brady:-) Grandma Mayer's birthday is May 10th & ironically Grandpa Mayer's birthday is May 11th...The boys & I made baked Parmesan crusted chicken, rice pilaf, peas (grandpa's favorite) & chocolate chunk brownies (the boys favorite):-) Happy Birthday Grandma & Grandpa We All Love You & Hope That You Enjoyed Your "Special Homemade" Birthday Dinner:-)

Today was the BEST!!! Shari was home for the weekend & came with us to Ben's T-Ball game. Benjamin was showing-off the best he could for his favorite "Older Girlfriend" Shari...HA! After his game we all had a fantastic lunch together @ DoubleDays. Although I was a bit bummed that Brian was working out-of-town for Mother's Day, Shari made it lots better by being home & sharing it with me & of course with my boys....THANKS FOR A FABULOUS AFTERNOON SHAR-BEAR, WE LOVE YOU TONS:-)

We continued our annual tradition of celebrating Mother's Day @ The Dice House. Jeff grilled some very yummy burgers & Nik made lots of great casseroles & side dishes for all of us to enjoy. We all missed Great Grandma tonight because she was in Cincinnati with Uncle Mike. But, aside from that, we all had such a wonderful time watching the boys play together...somehow watching them just never seems to get old!!! I can't think of a better way to spend my Mother's Day than with the people I Love most in life...My loving mom & dad; my awesome sister & brother-in-law; my adorable nephews; my amazing husband & most importantly my INCREDIBLE boys...Benjamin & Brady:-) They are the 2-most precious little guys in my whole world & I am so tremendously proud of both of them...Happy Mother's Day To Me:-)

Today we went to Reese & Riley's birthday party @ The Young Chef's Academy...what a great party idea:-) Reese turned 4 & Riley is now 2 years old!!! I can't believe how fast our kids are growing-up...our babies are already 2 years old. It is so adorable to watch Ben & Brady get nervous around Sarah's girls. They are 2-of the only girls that my boys play with...& it always amazes me how Ben & Brady both act differently toward the girls than they do toward all of their other boy-friends. Ben now calls Reese his "girlfriend", which is both hilarious & scary @ the same time...considering he is ONLY 4-years old:-) We made some great pizzas & cupcakes for the occasion...it is lucky for The Young Chefs Academy that Brady is NOT a frequent customer of theirs because he would probably put them out-of-business!!! He ate 6-of the other kid's servings of the sprinkles for the cupcakes, before I even noticed they were on the table. And, as for his pizza we made, every-time I turned my head the pepperonies were "gone", FINALLY after 7-rounds of applying the toppings we were quick enough to get the pizza into the oven before he could get the pepperonies into his mouth!!! I guess it's no BIG secret that he likes to eat when you take a look his belly:-) haha!!!
