Grandpa Aiken & Great Grandma came over tonight for pizza & pumpkin carving!!! This is the 1st year that both Ben & Brady were really able to decorate their own pumpkins...obviously there are still a few more years until they can carve their own, but we all enjoyed helping them do the carving anyway!!! Watching my dad carve the pumpkins with my boys, made me remember all of the wonderful Halloween carving memories that I have doing exactly the same thing when I was little. I am so glad that my kids are able to create so many fabulous memories with my parents, Brian's parents and best of all with my grandma. We are all so lucky to have each other in our lives on a regular basis. Family is everything and making awesome memories together that will last forever is priceless!!!

We celebrated Lucas's birthday today @ Windmill Farms...We started the party with yummy food under the shelter & then we went on the very exciting Hay-Ride. The Hay-ride was was so much fun watching all of the kids laughing as we went up & down hill after hill & splashed around in the huge mud-puddles...to put it mildly, it was the most exciting Hay-Ride I have ever been on in my life!!! After the Hay-Ride the kids played on the play-set, checked-out all of the animals & we all ate lots of fabulous pumpkin cake :-) It was a fantastic birthday party...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUKE-DUKE!!!

My adorable little nephew is turning 3 years old tomorrow!!! So, Grandma had another dinner to celebrate Luke-Duke's BIG day :-) He was so cute with his glowing white hair & adorable little smile...So, I guess it's official now, there are no more babies in the Aiken family. All 4-of the BIG BOYS had a blast wrestling & playing football most of the night. Lucas definitely enjoyed being the center of attention for his special night, even though his bosom buddy Brady had a hard-time sharing it...WE LOVE YOU BUDDY:-)

The Cutest Little Pumpkin In The Patch!!!

Today was Brady's class Field-Trip to The Hidden Valley Pumpkin Patch. Since Daddy came with us last week with Benjamin's class, Brady decided to ask Grandma Aiken to join us. We all 3-had FUN watching Brady & his tiny little friends running around the farm picking out their pumpkins to take home with them for Halloween!!! It is amazing what a difference 1-year makes...last Halloween Brady was still just my little chubby baby & now this year he is in pre-school & definitely not my little baby anymore :-( (although he is still chubby!!!) Grandma & I enjoyed a gorgeous fall day with my little man & his adorable little friends!!!

Benjamin had his 1st field-trip of the year with his pre-school class today. We all 4-dropped Brady off @ school & then headed to Hidden Valley to meet Ben's class for our Hay-ride. We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful morning with Mrs. Hackathorne (Ben's teacher), Ben's little friends & their parents. We finally got to meet Nicko, Benjamin's "Best Friend" from his class this year, that we hear all about everyday after school! He & his mom were great & we all had FUN sitting together & picking out our pumpkins together.
