Jacob Is 8 Years Old!!!
WOW!!! Time really does fly, I cannot believe it...Jacob turned 8-years old today:-) We could not ask for a more incredible nephew, he completely astonishes me with his intelligence every single day. We are so incredible proud of you for so many reasons Jake. Have a great birthday buddy, We love you so much!!!
