I am very happy to report that we all had another fabulous Memorial Day Weekend together:-) We enjoyed the beautiful weather playing Croquette over at Grandma & Grandpa Mayer's house. There is nothing better than getting together as a family & enjoying each other's company!!! Thanks to Grandma & Grandpa Mayer for having all of us over this today...we had a fantastic time as always:-)

Today was a great day...we got to spend most of it with one of our most favorite people in the whole-world...Great Grandma!!! Since it has been raining for almost 3-weeks strait now, we are all starting to get a little "Cabin-Fever"!!! This past week Brian, Benjamin, Brady & I enjoyed the most beautiful vacation that we have ever been on as a family!!! We stayed at Grandma & Grandpa Aiken's fabulous new condo in The Beachside II, Sandestin Resort. We all felt 100% spoiled all week long...the view of the beach from our balcony was to-die-for!!! We swam at the pool every single day, we had a blast playing @ the beach together, we enjoyed many nights at The Baytown Warf, we played mini-golf & best of all we had 8-full days & nights of uninterrupted family time together:-)

Tonight was Grandpa Mayer's Retirement Reception @ The Centerville High School Theater. The boys, Brian & I went to congratulate Grandpa while he was "officially" recognized for his 36 1/2 fabulous years of teaching...the amazing part is not only that he taught for 36 1/2 years, which was the longest of all of the other retirees, but that during his entire career he only taught @ 1-school...Centerville High School!!! CONGRATULATIONS GRANDPA...WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!!!
